Give affiliate staff access to specific partnerships
The account owner invites people from Settings, then My Team. A grant is an Associates profile and marketplace, then specific partnerships or link groups. Future partnerships on that profile are a switch. Earnings, API keys, storefront, landing templates, and Invite and Earn stay off the staff menu. A member does not see My Team.
Grant
Start with the Associates profile the person may use. Then add the partnerships or link groups on that profile. A new partnership stays hidden until you add it, unless future partnerships is on.
- Open Settings → My Team.
- Invite an admin or a member.
- Grant the profile, then the partnerships.
What stays with the owner
Earnings, API keys, the storefront, landing templates, sample addresses, and Invite and Earn are not on the staff menu. The wallet chip is owner-only. An admin can open My Team. A member cannot.
- Use an admin when someone must invite others.
- Use a member when they only work the granted partnerships.
Questions
Can staff open the wallet?
No. Payouts and the wallet stay with the account owner.
