Reseller Payments is a USD wallet for AlgoRift platform fees, not goods and not affiliate commission. Deposit when a contract approve requires a fee. You do not withdraw partner commissions here. Goods settlement happens with the seller off platform. If you expected Stripe Express as a reseller, you are in the wrong role hub.

A short wallet returns HTTP 402 and a deposit link. Pay window is several days on the live banner.

The carton is EUR. The platform fee is always USD, sized with FX only for the percent fee.
