Reseller inventory tracks units from wholesale contracts: on-hand, inbound, and quota if the seller set one. It is not FBA inventory in Seller Central. Replenish through a new proposal, not by editing a number here. If the chart looks empty, you may have no received contract yet. Samples and affiliate stock are not this table.

No. Customer returns restore remaining. Buyback is a separate returned_qty.
