Public how-to stays on hub.algorift.io so every seller sees the same steps. Admin runbooks are not published here and never will be on this host.
File a ticket
Title, message, optional JPEG/PNG/PDF/DOC under the size cap shown on the form.
- Open Help center.
- New ticket.
- Add the URL and time of the error.
- Submit and watch status.
