Missing attribution rows

Seller Reports count AlgoRift-tagged affiliate and CPC activity, not all Amazon orders. If a row is missing, confirm the ASIN is published, the partnership was active that day, and the affiliate used an AlgoLink. Refresh after Amazon reconciliation. Refunds remove rows later. Compare one affiliate and one ASIN before opening Help with screenshots.

Seller-side checklist

AlgoRift seller missing attribution usually traces to unpublished SKUs, expired Ads, or paused partnerships.

  1. Confirm Amazon Ads connected in Integrations.
  2. Confirm ASIN published with commission in My Products.
  3. Open Partnerships — partnership Active on that affiliate scope.
  4. Open Reports with dates covering the promotion day.

Affiliate-side checklist

Ask whether they posted AlgoLink or a raw Amazon URL.

  1. Request the exact URL they used in the post.
  2. Compare to AlgoLink from the product page.
  3. Point them to /affiliate/troubleshooting-attribution/ if needed.

CPC versus sale commission

CPC rows need campaign links and funded budget — different from GMV lines.

  1. Open CPC campaign status and wallet.
  2. Filter Reports by campaign if available.

Escalate with evidence

Help needs one ASIN, one affiliate, one date range — not entire Seller Central exports.

  1. Export or screenshot Reports filters.
  2. Attach Ads connect status.
  3. Open Help center with those three identifiers.
